Two of these sites are fully equipped with water, electricity, and the ultimate luxury of a private ablution. You have to drive along a dirt road to get to the venue but the road is in a good condition. Signing in was easy, the office being clearly demarcated. The venue itself boasts with beautiful mountain view, lovely swimming pool and the odd Springbok prancing about. Camping spots have good shade, wind breakers, electricity and braai. The bathrooms are limited in number but well looked after with hot water. A really beautiful place, vibe and atmosphere.

Our first year camping 10 days at a world class camp site in summer in the Klein Karoo was fantastic . Although it was averaging 33 degrees this Oasis boasts excellent shade and green grass from side to side, not to mention a large swimming pool that's in top top shape . Ablutions are clean and well maintained . The staff very friendly and beautiful grounds. We didn't 4x4, we tented and settled in quick. We can attest to a wonderful rest .

This is a very nice campsite. Green lush grass with lots of shade. The bathrooms are nice and clean. This campsite is worth the visit. Alot for the kids to do, swimming in a nice clean pool. A dam to row and fish. Real good fun. The 4x4 trail is also nice and more challenging than anticipated. At the top of the trail, the viewpoint is breathtaking with braai facilities.

Unfortunately the caretaker man is very rude. He is not well mannered and prob should not deal with geusts. He spoiled the weekend for more than one person. His administration is also not great. We were a group that booked 6 months in advace. During our stay the gas for the showers ran out as well as one of the septic tanks were full having the toilets overflow.

We were there for the weekend at the bungalow and I must say I never felt so in touch with nature as I did. If you really want a break away from life, peace and quiet and get in touch with nature. This is the place to book. It was privately allocated on the dam, with no neighbours and no one else around. Place was clean. The people receiving you was super nice and friendly.

Very good camping facilities. Well maintained sites and ablutions. Provides a good balance between comfort and the rustic camping experience. Added bonus is the nearby observatory which offers star viewing on occasional weekends. Friendly and helpful management.
