Annie's Inn Camping and Caravan Park offers a quintessential Karoo experience, serving as a peaceful oasis for travelers navigating the vast landscapes of the Northern Cape. Situated in the quiet town of Williston along the R63, this park is more than just a place to park for the night; it is a welcoming "home away from home" managed with the warm, genuine hospitality that the region is famous for.

The camping area features an intimate selection of stands, each thoughtfully positioned under the shade of established trees. These well-spaced sites are set on level, bare ground, providing a grounded and authentic outdoor feel. To ensure a comfortable stay, every stand is equipped with its own power point and water access, though it is wise to bring along a long extension cord—at least 20 meters—to easily reach your setup.

Beyond the basics, the park provides clean and beautifully maintained communal ablution facilities. These include flushing toilets, basins, and showers with reliable hot water—a welcome luxury after a long day of Karoo travel. A dedicated scullery area is also available for washing dishes, making daily chores a breeze. When the Karoo sun warms up, guests can take a refreshing dip in the communal swimming pool or relax in the lush, mature garden. We needed an overnight room in Williston and found no availability, not realising that Annie's Inn also provided rooms in the main building. All the basics were provided. I suggested to Ann- Marie, the widowed owner, to perhaps change the description of her listing to something like Rooms and Campsites....

What a wonderful host she is!!! Bring your own books to start a library for campers where you read a book that another camper brought & leave your's there for someone else to read, this way we build s campers library.

We camped overnight at Annie’s Inn. Annemarie was really friendly, and the facilities were great! Lovely clean and neat ablutions. Lovely and quiet.

What an absolute gem of a place!! We can't thank our host, Annie, enough for her kindness, warmth and outstanding service! We had broken down outside Williston, and she took us in while we were waiting for our car to be fixed. She really went the extra mile for us by far to make us feel welcome, warm and comfortable during the time we stayed with her. The house was beautiful, we had everything (and more) we needed, the whole town and people of Williston were so good to us (including Wayne from WB Services and repairs). Count yourself lucky if you find yourselves in this town!! The camp sites were lovely, well maintained, clean and with everything you could need! Makes us proud to be South African!! Definitely see you soon again!!

Annemarie is just the greatist host, friendly warm and welcoming after a hard days drive. The rooms are fantastic value for money.
What a beautiful place in such a beautiful clean friendly little town.
So glad I found this gem and will stay there as often as I can as I am a transporter always on the road
