You can spend your days alternating between the soothing heat of the hot pools and the refreshing coolness of the cold pools, or venture further to discover the beautiful mountain rock pools. The on-site MacGregor's Restaurant offers a delicious à la carte menu for a break from cooking, while a well-stocked shop provides all the basics you need. For a bit of light activity, you can enjoy a game of tennis, while the kids are kept happily entertained on the trampoline and playground.

The camping experience is wonderfully atmospheric and unique. The sites are nestled along a beautiful, shaded kloof that leads up to the baths, creating a sense of being in a secret, natural sanctuary. You will set up your camp under a dense canopy of indigenous Wild Olives and ancient Fig trees, with a gentle mountain stream running through the grounds. Due to this deep, natural shade, the campsite floor is a rustic, grassless forest floor, adding to the authentic, rustic charm. Each site is equipped with a braai and an electric point, and is serviced by three clean, shared ablution blocks.

I had a great experience. The natural heated pools were absolutely amazing and definitely a highlight of the stay. The restaurant food was very good, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable.

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and we had no issues with service at all. Everything was well run and welcoming.

The only minor downside was that the jacuzzis were dirty. It didn’t take away from the overall experience.

All in all, it was a really enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

My husband booked The Baths Natural Hot Springs very last minute, and I honestly had no expectations. This was my first time visiting, and we stayed for two nights with our family. I was completely blown away.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, the experience was exceptional. We were greeted by the friendliest staff, from the front gate right through to reception. Their warmth and professionalism immediately made us feel at home.

The entire place is neat, spotless, and incredibly well maintained, with that fresh air feeling that instantly relaxes you. The facilities are clearly cared for, and the atmosphere is peaceful and tranquil, exactly what you want from a getaway like this.

We stayed in Duplex 17, which was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Nothing felt overlooked.

Overall, our stay was excellent, and this will definitely become our go to spot for a peaceful escape from Cape Town. I’ll absolutely be coming back.

I took my half Japanese wife here for a night at the end of a awesome trip to the cederberg. If I am honest, I was worried it would disappoint, onsen culture is pretty unique, so I thought. She absolutely loved it, we are already talking about taking her mom here. To top it all off, we were given an upgrade to Gordon's Chalet, the attention to detail continued here, it was of an exceptionally high standard. Doing South Africa proud 🇿🇦 Bravo

I had a wonderfull stay this past weekend with my partner, everything is exceptionally clean and the staff is very friendly.To up keep the "relaxing" resort I would just make a suggestion to keep eye on the guests that they are adhering to the rules,at the rock pools the kids where jumping in die water from the rock pools thus splashing on everyone trying to relax in the pools same for the cold swimming pool with the parents joining in.On the camping grounds there where alot of noise and shouting and even one group who leave blowded their tents dry at 6 in the morning.

Beautiful camp sites! Nature is being respected by all campers. The pools and rock pools are all very nice and hot, not luke warm and everything is kept very clean. The best camp site in nature so far for us. Highly recommended and we will def visit it alot more!
