This was one of my favourite views and one of my most treasured memories. We went on a spur-of-the-moment road trip just four days before Christmas, and while finding accommodation was tricky, we ended up waking up with our feet almost in the ocean. This was a truly unforgettable experience. Thank you L'Agulhas caravan park. The only spots that were available was the non electrical once, but we didn't mind as the ablutions were clean and had electricity so I could dry my hair.

Bathrooms have been painted and renovated. Very clean. That was on the Friday.
We were about 45 hikers at the campsite, but the bathrooms were not cleaned during the rest of the weekend. Luckily we did not make a mess, but a mop would have been welcomed, in order to clean the showers.
It is a very nice campsite, pity that they allow music. The people in the houses was sometimes loud with their music.
But I will camp there again. It would also be nice if it can be fenced off, as the public can walk through the site.
The campsite is not on the beach, which I enjoyed, as it was still chilly and the campsite is sheltered between the houses.

Visited for the weekend for a 30th birthday party. Great location, grassy stands. The ablution blocks need attention, very dated and shower heads need to be replaced. An area to place your clothes and toiletries would be great.

Quite expensive for the amenities. There is a key deposit, repaid when you leave. In my case, nobody turned up until after 9am so my onwatd journey was delayed.
The grass was mostly green and its a nice walk to the lighthouse.

It is a great, clean and safe. Each camp site is given a set of keys for the bathroom, the bathrooms are clean and tidy, and the campsite is well maintained. The beach, tidal pool, restaurants and mini market stores are all within walking distance.
