We had a wonderful stay at Merry Pebbles in Sabie. We loved the cabana — it was serviced daily and always spotless. The cleaning team did an excellent job and even cleared away the wood and coal after we made a braai, which was such a nice touch. The hot and cold pools were great, and the huge jungle gym and play area were perfect for our toddler. The restaurant on the property was also really good. Overall, a fantastic family-friendly resort — we’d happily return.

Beautiful expansive park like area in the camping location, next to a flowing river - hence the appropriate name "Merry Pebbles".

Ablutions clean and modern. Pools exquisite to either cool off or warm up in (hot and cold)

For the adventurous there are multiple hiking trails to nearby waterfalls.

We had a lovely stay at Merry Pebbles Camping and would happily return. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we experienced some problems with our caravan — they went out of their way to assist us.
The campsite itself is beautiful, with plenty of trees creating a peaceful atmosphere and a stunning river running through the property. The ablutions are very clean and well maintained, which always makes a big difference when camping.
There is excellent entertainment for the whole family. We floated down the river with tubes, swam in both the hot and cold swimming pools, played chess, and cycled around the grounds. There are also tennis courts and a lovely play area that kept the kids happily entertained.
The surrounding area offers so much to explore, including beautiful waterfalls, caves, and many other attractions. Overall, Merry Pebbles is a fantastic camping destination with great facilities, friendly staff, and plenty to do for all ages. Highly recommended!

I went camping there. Place is very neat and clean. The camping bathrooms were also fairly clean, some mold on the ceiling but the bathrooms are probably cleaned like 2-3 times a day. Nice heated pool and a cold pool. There is also a nice restaurant and braai places. I have also been there before and stayed in one of the chalets, also very nice, neat and clean. I will certainly go camp there again.

We have been camping here since 2006 (since I was young) and we love the place. Now I am here with my own family! It has nature sightings, warm and cold pool. You can hire tubes to go down the river and Berg bikes is also for hire. There is a games room where you can play pool and table tennis. Nice laundromat also!
We love to be in the camp kicking and throwing some ball with the kids, ride some bicycle, etc.
