Loved my weekend stay at the resort yet I could not attend to the activities I hoped to attend like hiking due to floods. There was water everywhere and did not enjoy to the fullest. Yet the stay was pleasant. Will come again for better experience. There are hikes and views to the 3 rondavels

This resort is run very well. I was really impressed with the service and the facilities. Me and my husband stayed on the camping grounds from 29/12/2025 - 04/01/2026. There is lots to do and many attractions close by to visit. Thank you Blyde Canyon Forever Resort for welcoming us and giving us an exceptional experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely visit again. ❤️

We visited the lookout point and the Tufa waterfall. Beautiful trail. Then we had lunch at Kadisi restaurant. Priscilla served us and she was excellent. The food was divine. The resort itself is clean and I would come back to stay here for a holiday.

Service was excellent. Staff was very nice and friendly. Staff always willing to assist with anything. Examples, we needed an age to cut fire wood, the reception contacted maintenance team and we were assisted. A staff member helped with tent erection because it was going to rain soon.

Two beautiful swimming pools, one for small kids and the other for adults, manned with both a security guard and life saver diving team throughout the pool open period. My family & friends felt very safe. Security guards were patrolling the camping area all the time. Christmas lunch very delicious.

Area of improvement:
Most of the the camping areas do not have grass, creating a muddy and messy situation, especially because it rains a lot. Please pave the area.

We were camping, the sites are amazing, the facilities awesome ( washing machines and tumble driers) I would give all 5 stars as the reception staff were awesome, but the cleaning staff useless, they arrived at 8:00 and sat outside the bathrooms talking, together and on their phones. The bathroom floors were full of mud, from the people who left earlier, at 9:00 I went to shower, I told the cleaning lady that the shower was dirty, if there was a mop… she pointed to the mop next to her for me to use. ( So I did, but I was very surprised ) She continued on her phone, very disappointing. Otherwise excellent.
