An absolutely horrendous experience
Ended up leaving and going to Lamon Guesthouse.
Staff were not only incompetent but also rude.
No maintenance has been done on the place, and it is obvious there is no management.
After waiting in the front office for 15 minutes (while the front office staff were outside having a chat amongst themselves) we were finally assisted and after the terrible interaction with the rude staff I decided to leave.

Extremely disappointed as this used to be an amazing place

Very spacious and full of varied activities for adults and children, lots of braai stands, varied pool sizes and lots of trees for shade and kids play area. Location good and access was seamles.

I had a terrible experience yesterday at Kroonpark. I hurt my hand badly coming down from the super tube. There was no supervision or life guard at the time of incident. I small boy put his head over the side of the super tube to see if he can see anyone coming down.y hand and elbow hot him so hard that I dislocated my thumb and bruised my elbow. The only answer I got from the staff was that they are sorry and that was it. Later when I returned to the super tube after my complaint there was still no one assigned to the super tube. This is a safety hazard and very dangerous.

Nice place, clean and tidy, good price, however the practice to policy to keep visitors from playing loud music until 2am
Horrible experience with a baby and todler trying to get a peaceful sleep

We had the luxury campsite. The place is a dump we would not shower because it was filthy. All the workers gathered at the building next to us and were really loud. Do not go here
