Stopped off for lunch - beautiful setting & superb service from Trasy. Portions extremely large with lovely garnishes. Starters of Skaapstertjies are very good, although I would loose the basting sauce (too sweet). Mussel starter - very generous portion- just love the garlic. Mains - Springbok with Pesto & Soy Sauce - amazing, and the Sirloin with Escargo also very good. Good wine list.
Will defenitely be back. Bonus - pensioner's discount during the week. Attention to detail evident.

We spent 6days on the reserve in early December. We stayed in imba house and what a place it proved to be. The reserve while still evolving is in our opinion a hidden gem. The staff couldn't have given us a better stay. We wanted to do the park run before we left and were given an extra game drive to give us an idea of the course. We also had a complementary 2 hour game drive as part of our stay. The rangers were so friendly and also very informative. Imba house had all of the amenities that you could possibly want and we felt at home straight away. What was so memorable was relaxing in the hot tub as the sun went down,the moon came out and the game came down to graze right outside.
We ate in the restaurant on several occasions and found the food to be of a very high quality yet reasonably priced. Again the service of the restaurant staff was exemplary and we particularly enjoyed the communal breakfast after the park run.
In conclusion we have so many happy memories of our visit and should we return to South Africa in the future we shall surely return.We have already recommended a visit to friends in the UK who are visiting the area. Thanks for a great stay and so many happy memories.

Absolutely lovely experience. We did not have a booking and just popped in. The staff was extremely friendly and they even took us on the game vehicle to show as the camp grounds as we were interested to see if we’d like to stay over. The beers were ice cold, and the food great.

Special kudos to the bar tender and waitering staff.

We’ll DEFINITELY be back.

Awesome place for morning breakfast. Great views and food is excellent. Especially the Breakfast flatbread/pizza is huge value for money and flavour is on point.

Domnix and his team is very friendly and polite and service is of high standard and quality. Recommended 110%. Must see and stop over for any visitors/travellers.

My family and I visited Bon Game Reserve on Sunday, and it was absolutely mouth-watering. The food was delicious and full of flavour, and the service was both quick and attentive. Our waiter and waitress were incredibly kind and efficient, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was calm, beautiful, and serene. I would highly recommend Bon Game Reserve to anyone — it truly is a special place.
