Description

Dube offers visitors a true dose of African bush mixed with modern amenities and impeccable service, a convenient wildlife sanctuary where you can experience a slice of undisturbed Africa close to home.

The caravan and camp sites consists of 200 spacious, appealing, grassed and shaded with surrounding trees, also equipped with electricity plug points, water taps and refuse bins are provided on each site. There are also 4 spotless ablution blocks facilities including family bathrooms available.

There are 4 Exclusive stands paved and shaded (shade cloth) with their own ablution, kitchen that is equipped with a fridge and a microwave as well as braai facilities.

We also have 3 private stands both paved. One of the stands only has a shower in the bathroom and the other one has both shower and bath facilities available, both stands has their own kitchen that is equipped with a fridge and microwave as well as braai facilities.

Our resort has two Laundry rooms available 1 at the top of the camp and another at the bottom of the camp both equipped with 1 tumble driers and 1 washing machines (coin operated – 3x R5.00 coins), also available is a shop with all the basics that is needed like wood, ice, meat, sweets for the little ones and fresh bread and milk every day.

Visited for our December camping trip and had a great time. The campground has paved sites and clean restroom facilities. The waterslides and pool were the highlights, making everyone feel like kids again. They offer an indoor heated pool, trampoline, putt-putt, and a laundromat. There's also a shop stocked with essentials like sleeping mats, chairs, and wagons, perfect if you forget something.

I would definitely recommend giving it a try. However, it's not a 5-star experience because when we arrived at 10:00, the previous campers were still packing up—they were supposed to be done by 10:00. It took an hour and a half before we could access our site. The trash bin was overflowing when the previous campers left, and it was not emptied during our stay, despite numerous other visitors.

Excellent camping experience. Perfect for everyone with or without kids. Perfect facility during rainy days. No matter the weather it still are a perfect place to spend a couple of days away from the city life.

We were unfortunately disappointed with our stay.
We were initially charged for two children instead of one. The child fee was later refunded after follow-up. However, we did not receive a refund for the accommodation after leaving due to the beds being extremely uncomfortable and causing severe back pain.
There was no one available at the office on the first evening when we tried to return the key, and communication regarding our complaint was delayed. We were informed that the beds are “Cloud 9” beds and that no refund would be provided.
While the resort itself may suit some guests, our experience regarding the handling of our complaint and refund request left us dissatisfied.

Dube is really a place where you can rest no noises no cars. You can walk around freely and the best of all is no need just to drive any were for something you forgot at home everything is all under one roof. Leave you car at the camp sight do a wildlife walk.

Really wish I took More Pictures. But it was quiet, clean and our home had a swimming pool, braai area, fridge, stove and everything needed for a perfect weekend with family.

each of us had our own entrance to a private room, bathroom with shower and small kitchen.

best part of all, we where 10 people and never ran out of hot water.
