We had a nice relaxing weekend. They have a small shop that is not badly priced including a liquor store. Warm and cold pools under roof and a big pool outside. We enjoyed the predator park as well as the Rooibok that walks amongst the campsites. Neat ablution facilities as well.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour received from staff. Anelle the woman who leads the lion park tour does not know much when asked something and is incredibly rude, she partied with the students working there and came to yell at our group in front of our child swearing and saying we did not pay for the tour, when we said to her to look at her books she had nothing to say as we did pay. She was also swearing and shouting at her own children at half past 1 in the morning after partying next to our tents, no matter how polite we speak to her she keeps on treating people like they mean nothing. This is not a family friendly resort even though they advertise as such, the staff and students working there is extremely rude and unprofessional. Thank you to Elsie who made the booking process comfortable with a smile. Management should really look at who they hire before appointing a bunch of rude and unequipped employees !

Its a lovely place, however i found the lady at the office extremely unfriendly. And the fact that the large dormatories dont have their own toilet was a bit annoying. Could you please look at the stairs of the dorm? They are so wonky and dangerous. Please errect a small washingline to hang towels up. Otherwise, i will always come back. Its beautiful there.

Sewage water near stands and overgroudness at stand everyone stands on each other's stands can't even move if you check out early you can't even get a refund the toilets are in bad condition it used to be a great place...

Over all great. If you going to break away great, lots to do, internet issues, but if you so attached to Internet as the digital world go take your break way to a Internet cafe, awesome place definitely recommend.
