The accommodation consists of three distinct River Camps, each with a different capacity to suit the size of your group. These are not just individual sites, but private enclaves for your party. Each camp is a self-contained hub, equipped with its own braai area, a scullery, a water tap, a rubbish bin, and a table and bench. These fantastic camps are supported by a clean communal bathroom with hot water showers and flush toilets, and each has its own convenient electrical points, ensuring your team is comfortable and ready for the next day's challenge.

We had such a stunning weekend here, mostly had the trails to ourselves, and the campsite as well.
The showers do work, and there is hot water. All the trails are well marked. There are a number of rock pools which was welcomed in the heat.

Will definitely be back, well behaved dogs are welcome by prior approval.

First kilometer is very steep and tactical,one needs to be fit but after that is a breeze walk all the way to the swimming spots Which are a lot of them along the hiking trail.... always bring your swimwear so not to miss the natural bath

The best accommodation on any hiking trail ever.Nice hot showers and big rooms with comfortable beds for all our hikers.Fully stocked kitchen for all our needs. Nice outside fire places and most of all the lovely trails. Thank you Cornelia for all your hard work to make us feel welcome.

Magnificent rivers, waterfalls and rock pools. The owner of this farm is a decent friendly guy. The trails are very well marked. There are only two trails that you can take, one is a 13 km and the other a 5-km. Both are extremely pretty!
As you will have to cross over the streams many times it is advisable to bring along some sort of shoes suitable for water too.
There is some game but you don't get to see them very much.
The 'Villa' is EXTREMELY BASIC. The other room is spacious yet for both rooms you will have to bring all your own stuff including pillows, bedding, towels, pots and the like.
We had no electricity there. Remember to bring a mosquito machine. There are frogs that may enter your room and apparently snakes can be found on the walls so it's not for the faint- hearted! But enjoy as we did!!

An amazing number of awesome swim spots in one hike. A must for those who enjoy a swim while hiking.
The Lodge accommodation was good but required some maintenance. There are other options and campsites available. We did two hikes, a 13 km and a 5 km, both with pools.
