Checked in today. Booked into Chalet 9 and 10. Pathetic condition of the rooms. Wish I had read the reviews prior to booking.
Chalet 9, lights don't work, remotes don't work. Very bad indeed. Toilet door doesn't close. Cockroaches in the kitchen.
Chalet 10 - hectic. Stick floors, sticky furniture, beddings so smelly not washed. Back door jammed. Unable to open or close. But I see they seemed to be aware of this on a previous complaint. Battery on TV remote not replaced.
Upstairs, beds are hard as rocks. Security Gaye is jammed and rusty and filthy.
Cupboards don't have a base
Bathroom terrible and no cold water. Only 1 tap works.
I did call Corrie to complain about the beds she offered to come by in the morning
They seem more bent on who is using the pool after 7pm than the actual issues on hand.

We try to celebrate an Annual School get together with a group of friends since 2014 and our choice of venue is Villa Siesta. It has a home away from home feeling with a beautiful ocean view. The chalets are comfortable & accommodating for our group. There has been renovations & the pool is most welcome. We returned this past weekend from an enjoyable get together with our X-school group & we will be back again God willing!!🙏👌👏🇿🇦

My friends and I have used this place since. 2013. We never had problems but this time things have changed, management is rude and have no respect at all. This guy called Yan and his wife yerrr. The place has gone to a bad state except for having a swimming pool👌... We had booked Chalets 1,9,10 and 15. Chalet 1 is in fair condition, chalet 9 front gate falling doors not opening. Chalet 10 back door hard to open, room smelling bad, water all over the yard. When we addressed this issues the managers argued with us for music but nothing was done. I wouldn't advise anyone to book there.

Booked camping 14 to 19 March 2021. Very disappointing camping experience. Ablutions are shocking because of lack of maintenance. Only saw a cleaning lady in the ablutions once on the Tuesday. The wash up facilities are also in poor condition with a terrible smell emanating from the water disposal gully every time the sink is drained. It could be beautiful IF some attention were paid to the camping ground.

You have to fill water in the toilet tank. We only get water certain times. Plug points don't work. Doors are off set. Bedding are so stuffy. It's really not a place for holiday. And on top of all that the management will give you a bad attitude
