We had a lovely restful 2 nights at Cedarberg where Zoe welcomed us after a long and equally scenic and tiring drive over Naudés Nek. Our cottage was cozy with a little fireplace and we'll equipped. The setting, the views and the beautiful garden and pond were a feast for the eyes and the soul - many thanks for creating and maintaining such a lovely spot!

We found Cedarberg Guest Farm on Google Maps at the last minute while driving through the Qacha’s Nek border crossing on Christmas Eve, with no place to stay. I called Zoe and she immediately answered and kindly offered us space to camp that night. When we arrived, Zoe—and her entire extended family—welcomed us with open arms. What followed was one of the most memorable Christmas Eves we’ve ever had: a cozy home, and an invitation to share Christmas Eve supper together around the table. An incredibly special and generous experience, and a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays far from home. Clean, quiet with beautiful facilities. Highly recommend.

Nice overnight stop. Farm entrance is a short drive from the main road. The camp area is a stunning lawn next to a pretty dam. Nice braai area too with cover. Ablutions are ok. We found a few interesting places to explore on the farm.

This was an exceptional stay. The grounds are beautiful, a small valley with a pond surrounded by hillside. My dogs loved exploring and we enjoyed our rambles over the grounds. The hostess was warm and welcoming. This is our second stay at the farm and this time around was even better than the first.

Our host was very helpful and friendly. The cottage is delightful. Rooms and linen are clean and tidy. A little bit off the tar road but well worth the effort. Will visit again.
