A real breath of fresh air, literally speaking! Fantastic set up. Wish I had discovered it earlier. Hosts are very friendly and approachable. The tracks are awesome. It is really an adventure which keeps calling you back. Every visit is different. It's a community that you want to belong to. Easy and relaxed. All willing to help newbies and filled with genuine people. Love everything about this place! They're definitely passionate about this fun place!

What an incredible experience! Eston 4x4 is hands-down one of the best spots for anyone who loves the outdoors, off-roading, and proper camping with a touch of comfort. The farm is absolutely massive — wide open spaces, rolling hills, and trails that’ll make any 4x4 enthusiast grin ear to ear.

The tracks are brilliantly laid out — challenging enough to test your skills (and your nerves at times!) but still safe and well-marked. River crossings, rocky climbs, muddy stretches — it’s got the lot! You can really let your vehicle stretch its legs here.

The campsites are just as impressive. Peaceful, scenic, and perfectly positioned with clean ablutions close by — hot showers, proper toilets, and everything spotless. You get that wild, off-grid feeling without losing the essentials.

Evenings are unbeatable — braai fire going, stars lighting up the sky, and that deep farm silence you just can’t find in the city. It’s the kind of place that resets your mind and fills your soul.

If you love adventure, nature, and proper 4x4 fun, Eston 4x4 is a must. We’ll definitely be back — next time with an even bigger crew!

What a gem. Ticks all the boxes for a 4X4 adventure for the whole family. Camping sites are beautiful and lots of entertainment for the children. The amblution facilities are outstanding. No electricity but ample solar lights. The whole camp runs on solar lights and hot water by wood generated donkey water system. It is a nice place for special wedding celebrations or parties. The only hickup is that at the camp there are no cell phone coverage, but some people prefer it that way. You have to drive a few km to the entrance gate to check your messages on your phone, but otherwise it feels like you are in paradise. There are different 4X4 routes to do and a beautiful river flowing steadily through the camp sites. Definitely a place to go see.
