Receptionist Very Rude!!!
We have not even arrived yet, and we are already being treated with such rudeness. We booked the luxurious 6-sleeper chalet for 5 days for our family so that we could braai peacefully and enjoy the sea view. I paid the full amount, only to receive an email later saying that other people had booked before us and that the chalet is now only available for 3 days. After that, we are expected to move to another unit that does not even have a sea view — even though we specifically booked this chalet for the braai facilities and sea view.
The receptionist, Zelda, was extremely rude and even suggested that we should share the chalet with the other clients who already booked it. I could not believe what I was hearing. This is the rudest service I have ever received.
I sincerely hope management will address this matter and the unacceptable behavior. Please fix your booking system or hire someone competent to manage it properly. It is not my problem that your online booking system is not functioning correctly.

Very impressive holiday destination well kept Very clean. The swimming pool is very popular and warm water 💧 👌 there is so much to do here from put put to pool tables to chess volleyball and swimming. There is a shop and restaurant on site well done to all who are involved with the maintenance and cleaning services well done 👏

Lovely place for families with young children. Too few parking spots though. Also units are dated and bed arrangement not what we wanted given the R3500 per night price tag with 4 adults and 2 teenagers. Bunk beds belong at field school not at a seaside holiday resort.

Beach is lovely and secure with professional life guards on duty.

First time weve been away in 23 years married,I was extremely impressed with Natalia,from the main gate we had a sence of hospitality.the prices at the resort and restaurant in my opinion was extremely reasonable.the food was absolutely fantastic.absolutely clean at all times and we'll maintained.friendly staff.
Next time the only thing I would change is the room not that it was in any way bad was just smaller than what we expected but that was our error.other than that was a awesome experience for us and our 13 year old.well done.
We will most definitely be back.

Lovely private beach with security. Food at the restaurant was delicious. Nice big pool to swim in although it was not heated much. Unfortunately the rooms are small and most units do not have a balcony. The facilities were clean. Staff were very helpful. There were activities for kids eg. putt putt, arcade games, pool tables and kids played volleyball and cricket. The water slide seemed to be closed whenever we tried to use it. There were tables with umbrellas in the entertainment area to relax. We enjoyed ourselves and will be back.
