Fantastic experience, the place has been very nicely upgraded and maintained.
One thing needs urgent attention though: there was a party in the area right in front of our chalet, with cars up and down and speakers and a group of around 40 youth. There should be tighter control in this respect. I had my 7 year old daughter and 60 year old parents with us. There was loud swearing and drinking and music past 22:00.

The resort is beautiful. Everything is freshly painted, there's a Supertube water slide and games room, a shop on site and even tennis courts. Great tidal pools for snorkeling too, and a putt-putt course.

The only issue is the enforcement of rules within the park, that still needs work, it nearly ruined out stay.

Our camping stay was nice. Campsite was clean and braai was also cleaned every day. The rubbish was removed everyday.

Always hot water for showering, bathrooms was clean. The extraction fans in the bathroom needs serious cleaning.

The onther issue was check in, front desk can be friendlier. We traveled 1 164 km, with not even a "hello" from them. I was a returning customer, I mentioned it 3 times no response and no discount. Once with making my reservation and 2 times standing infort of front desk. Please remove that statement of your reservation form!

Then the dogs, the owners don't pick up the poo after them, close to the ablusion block was alot. Also on the road to the camping site was dog poo. The barking early in the morning was a problem for us.

Also the put-put needs attention, nobody can play on that.

Please pick up the rubbish on the beachfront, not once was the Beach clean of plastic bottles etc.

We stayed 7 days with the same rubbish on the little beach.

Absolutely pathetic service! No toilet paper in unit. Will never stay in this place again. Units are not clean. You call the reception and they are of no assistance at least the guy at security gate Jason is nice but why should you ride there looking toilet paper? Get your act together

You get given a roll that used at oetrol stations.

Absolutely Brilliant – Food for the Soul!

We camped at Willows Resort in Port Elizabeth, and it was a very, very, very nice place! The scenery is absolutely magnificent – perfect for clearing your mind and feeding your soul. It’s not a typical beach spot, but that’s what makes it so special. The atmosphere is wonderfully quiet and peaceful, even though the resort is quite big.

For those who prefer more comfort, there are also lovely chalets available. Plus, Summerstrand is only about 12 km away, offering plenty of restaurants and general stores if you need supplies or want a meal out.

Whether you’re pitching a tent or staying in a chalet, this is the perfect getaway to relax, recharge, and enjoy nature at its best.
