The accommodation is clean, very spacious, well worth the price. I was pleasantly surprised by the manager who went over and beyond to make sure we were settled and happy with our accommodation

Did not stay there. But I went to have a look. Oh no, no, no..... Did not feel safe at all. They really have to update their Pic on the website. The man who was greating us was very friendly but a little bit too much. I really think it was an amazing place years ago, and you had good memories. But not now. Need lots of work in the camping area. The housing looks good . But I was not inside.

Stayed in a sea facing self catering unit.....drive on gravel road to get to the resort. Apart from the view, the unit needs a definite upgrading! Facilities are well maintained.

We stayed in chalet 8 where the fridge was not working and the care-takers told us to use our friends chalets fridge "imagine walking to a other chalet just to keep your cooldrinks and meat cold and everytime you need, you must walk out of your chalet and return it again to other chalet".As they dont have a spare fridge, after that both toilets got blocked than we had to get into an argument with the caretakers after they told us to walk to the camping site toilets as their staff is not on site.I mean we payed 1860 per night not 350 for a camping site but they just wanted us to understand their staff is not on site.After some argument and the caretaker slamming the door in our faces as we told them we wont accept this treatment and them threatening to remove us of the premises"imagine because we are demanding service we payed for".They eventually send a plumber who also fixed our geyser as the water was also cold and this plumber knew about this geyser that was not working."Meaning the care-takers knew about this and still rented out chalet 8 with all this flaws"How can this be a three star accomodation if the chalets appliances is not kept up to standard and worse of all having inconsidered, ill-mannered care-takers? PSA is boasting about their union is guided by values but your care-takers at your resort represent poor quality service, no integrity and definitely no respect!!
