The rooms are out dated and not maintained. Had good laugh after being asked if I would like the tv remote upon check in only to have nothing but white snow to watch on it. Beautiful location. Food serving staff not very interactive and carry the look of why must i be here expressed on faces
Find it sad you pay to enter the Cape recife reserve to find raw sewage getting pumped into the ocean constantly with strong sent of human waste.

Rooms were not bad just mats are very dirty. We were also asked to go back and fetch all the dirty towels and take them back to reception, why do they have house keeping then. The pool was green and could not swim. So it was a big disappointment once we were there. Won't go back soon.

The rooms are lovely, comfortable beds and well equipped. Everything was very clean. The area does get a bit noisy with other tenants walking around in the middle of the night. The biggest issue is the smells emanating from a nearby sewerage works. It is unbearable. A big put off when enjoying a braai. The smell also seeps into the unit even if you close your windows and doors. Such a pity.

Fairly good experience,
The room was very humid as a result of the windows not being able to open, so the monkeys doing come it. The monkeys are very active in the area. One even jumped on my son, unprovoked. No harm done tho.
I would say that they need to up their cleanliness. In the rooms and the grass infront of the chalet.

This cabin is old and dirty sad say carpets are stained and musky smells the stove looks like it wasn’t cleaned in years and rusty, hair inside the fridge, food stains on curtains and walls absolutely disappointed and disgusted. I am so ready to check out but unfortunately we booked for 3 nights 😭😭😭 would never recommend this place ever. This place needs a major upgrade and renovations.
