The boma area itself is exceptionally well-equipped, designed to provide a comfortable and convenient space for cooking and socializing. It features a number of braai stands for that classic campfire experience, as well as the thoughtful inclusion of gas stoves, a communal fridge, and extra electrical points, all sheltered under a roof. With a large table and chairs, it’s the perfect place to prepare and enjoy a meal, no matter the weather. This fantastic central hub is complemented by spacious stands for caravans, motorhomes, and tents, each with its own electrical and water points.

What truly elevates the experience is the personal touch of the hosts, Abel and Elsa Jonker. Their passion for hospitality is evident in every detail, from the braai stands and dustbins at every site (cleaned twice daily) to the warm welcome extended to all visitors. For a truly special treat, guests can book an excellent bushveld dinner at the on-site restaurant, a perfect way to experience authentic local cuisine.
