We arrived and were greeted in a friendly and professional manner, and were given all the information we needed about the surrounding area. There is even Wi-Fi available in a designated area, as well as delicious scones served at 11:00 and 15:00.

Our stand was freshly raked, the grass neatly cut, and the gardens beautifully maintained. The park is within walking distance of the beach.

We will definitely return for a longer stay next time. Thanx for a wonderful 4 days!

One of the Nicest Caravan Parks on the North Coast. Short walk to the beach and shopping centre's. Friendly staff. We'll maintained.

I am extremely disappointed with how my stay was handled.
During my visit, I was harassed twice by resort staff/security due to complaints from neighbouring campers. The first incident was about music allegedly being too loud. My music was controlled and reasonable, and at the time of the complaint I could barely hear it on my own stand. Despite this, the resort immediately sided with the complainants without properly assessing the situation.
The second incident was regarding hubblly bubbly use. I would like to make this very clear: I only smoked at my own private stand and never in any public or common area. Your own written rules clearly state that hubbly bubbly is not allowed in public areas, which I fully respected. I did not break this rule, yet I was still confronted.
What made this situation even more uncomfortable was that my use of language (curse words) was challenged, and religious beliefs were brought into the conversation. This was highly inappropriate and unprofessional. Personal language preferences and religious views have no place in a resort enforcement discussion, especially when no rules were being broken.
It was also very noticeable that older campers are favoured, while younger guests are treated as a problem simply for existing. The neighbours complained repeatedly, yet the resort never considered whether those complaints were reasonable or justified.
If Dolphin Holiday Resort’s intention is to drive younger campers away and cater only to a very specific age group, then this approach is achieving that. However, the future of any resort lies with younger families and responsible younger guests, not in excluding them.
Rules should be applied fairly, consistently, and respectfully. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
At this stage, I cannot recommend Dolphin Holiday Resort to younger campers or families who want to enjoy a holiday responsibly and without harassment.

Clean sites, friendly staff, lots of birds, swimming pool, very clean bathrooms, free scones twice a day. Very pleasant experience.

We camped here over the weekend, and it was amazing! The sites were clean and well maintained, the bathrooms spotless with good showers and baths, and the staff at the office were very friendly and helpful! Will definitely return!
