We were extremely disappointed with the condition of the private ablutionon our site C06. Rustic sites have better facilities than we found at Kaia Mansi. Their rules stipulate NO MUSIC ALLOWED yet there was loud music at three sites and that was after reporting to management that our neighbours loud music was a distubance. Not from outside the resort as Piet would claim. They expect guests to report misdemeanors and then expect those affected guests to enjoy what they proclaim to offer. When YOU make rules YOU then need to apply yourself to ensure YOUR rules are adhered to NOT YOUR GUESTS. So we terminated our stay a day sooner and needless to say we'll not return.

Hi everyone.
I had booked camping site for 2 day.
It was such a pleasure. Peace and quiet the place is absolutely clean . The toilets and bathrooms clean well kept.

I will for sure come again

Amazing place to escape for the weekend with your family! Been here twice already and wouldn't be opposed to spending my December here again. Might I add, this resort has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and there are even stores nearby in case you might need any additional supplies for your holiday! - Charging points that are close to your campsite, swimming pools and a water slide for the kiddies and even self-catering units or guesthouses if you're not into camping - and not to mention a beautiful place to fish. Back in 2021, I caught my first bass fish here at the Bronkhorstspruit dam and we met people here who were kind enough to let us have a go on their super tube on the dam! Super wonderful place to be with your children and family, amazing customer service too. Will be back here again and again

Loved our camping weekend.... we took a campsite with a private kitchenette and bathroom......however when we forgot our toiletries in the shower and phoned the following day, no one knew anything.

The cleaner that cleaned the bathroom that Sunday afternoon (19th January 2025) obviously just took it because I know I forgot the stuff in the shower.
It would have taken that extra service for the cleaner to hand our toiletries in at reception in case we came back for it.
But instead they stole our stuff.

I would really like Kaia Manzi to hold their staff responsible and at least follow up with me as we enjoy the resort and go there every month.

It makes me not want to go back.
Our stand no was C11 and we arrived on the 17th January and left the 19th January.
