Arbeidsloon offers a genuine working farm experience, providing a peaceful escape from the busy coastal hubs while still being close to the action. Located on a cattle and grain farm just 20 kilometres from Mossel Bay, this is a place where you can enjoy the wide-open spaces and quiet rhythms of country life. The Fivaz family has been farming here since 1986, creating a welcoming and authentic atmosphere for their guests.
The campsite features 13 grassed stands set in an open field, offering expansive views and brilliant starry nights. As the sites are in the full sun, it's a good idea to pack your own gazebo or shade awning for daytime comfort. Each stand is equipped with a power point and water access, with communal dishwashing sinks and clean, functional ablutions available for all campers.
While the farm itself is a tranquil retreat, it’s also a fantastic base for exploring. The beautiful beaches of Vleesbaai and Boggomsbaai are just a short drive away for swimming and fishing. For the more adventurous, the famous Vleesbaai 4x4 route is nearby. And if you don't feel like cooking, the popular Stoepsit restaurant is conveniently located just down the road. Please note that due to the working nature of the farm, pets are not permitted.
