We enjoyed our stay immensely. At 1st we thought it will be kind off strange with no music and noise but we were thoroughly surprised how therapeutic the silence and sounds of nature was. It was really what we needed , even the hike up to the rock pools was genuinely very pleasant. You all really have a piece of heaven and we are definitely coming back. The accommodation was also very neat and we appreciated all the amenities that made it feel homely.

Stopped over at Kudu Kaya for one night before heading through Baviaanskloof Pass, and it was an absolute gem for overlanders. Quiet, remote and properly off-the-grid — the kind of place that makes you slow down and reset. The campsite is spacious, well maintained and ideal for setting up, relaxing and prepping for the next day’s adventure. One of the highlights was the hike to and through the natural rock pools — an incredible experience with crystal-clear, fresh water and untouched scenery all around. A solid stopover if you love gravel roads, wild spaces and true adventure camping. Highly recommended.

I've liked it here 7 years back and now they got tents. What an amazing stay once again!!!! It feels like in the jungle with all the trees around and the boma style braai on stoep best of the best!!! Best value for money ever.

This was our second visit to Kudu Kaya and we enjoyed it even more than the first time which was already great. This is one of those places you want to come back to again and again. Definitely a must on your campung todo list!

Stunning place in Baviaanskloof. We stayed at Swartland and loved it! Beautiful kloof with pools. WiFi. Friendly staff. I left my laptop charger there and they arranged to get it back to me. They go the extra mile. Thanks so much we’ll be back!
