Not a pleasant experience, suffered with heat stroke most of the time, cant dare to open an window or door during the evening to cool down, which means you are being suffocated 24/7, wooden cabin not clean and falling apart, infested with spiders and creepy crawlies.
Not as per the pictures on their site, Fridge does not cool properly, no stove, wooden river cottage not maintained, flooring is damaged, not even one fan provided when they know the cottage gets extremely hot, some of the windows are broken to they don't close properly so regardless you going to have insects entering, wooden porched loose planks and just fixed with nails which caused injuries to one of the children, Not worth the money paid for that place, could have had a decent house somewhere out on the west coast.
If you into red roman spiders and scorpions walking over you when you sleep, go for this place. imagine getting stung or bitten by one of these and you are miles away from an hospital no thanks.
Restaurant bar next to camping and cottage with load music / drunk people and bar fights not an holiday destination for Children,
