In 2014 we stayed in a 6 bed chalet, the experience was magnificent. 11 years later, the experience was horrific. We booked 3 x chalets for 20 people for 2 nights 7 to 9 April 2025. Out of 3 x chalets, 2 x toilets not flushing, 2 x basin taps no water, 1 x toilet leaking waste water, 1 x gas pipe leaking, all 3 x gas water heaters are faulty, 25 x light globes need replacing, all 3 x gas stoves have missing and broken knobs, all 3 x fridges have no door shelves to hold bottles, almost no utensils and kitchen tools, chipped plates and cups, all 3 x toasters not working, all 3 x microwaves are faulty, broken or missing fans. These are 6 bed chalets, you get only 4 x bath towels. I spent the entire Friday afternoon running after maintenance staff to get things repaired to get the place livable, and then I am told to accept that it will not be repaired. If you call the celphone numbers provided, no answer, no response. Office staff are missing in action. This dog house may be rated 3 stars, but it deserves Zero stars. The large pool was filthy dirty. The rooms had cobwebs all over, sliding doors don't slide. It was a nasty experience.
